Job Summary

Lead digital transformation (DT) program execution for the Air & Space Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit, serving as the DT touchpoint for SBU leadership, program management, and directors. Own and deliver the DT scope roadmap from startup through sustainment, driving cross-functional collaboration, root-cause problem solving, and performance management (metrics, financials, EVMS, staffing). Partner with engineering and proposal teams to capture requirements, build executable plans, and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the DT touchpoint and strategic partner/escalation point for digital transformation initiatives for SBU leadership and program stakeholders.
•Develop and execute a DT roadmap focused on streamlining opportunities and managing scope, cost, and schedule performance.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to resolve complex DT program challenges.
•Manage KPIs, financials, EVMS, and staffing; provide regular status reports and operations reviews.
•Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital and expense spending, and ensure compliance with security and infrastructure regulations; direct DT resources and third-party collaborations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, MIS, engineering, math, or STEM (or a master’s degree with less experience), with at least 8 years of directly related experience (or 5 years with a master’s).
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance with ability to be read on to special access programs.
•U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance).
•Experience in overall information technology, software/systems engineering, and/or program management.
•Experience as an Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager (PMP and/or PMX/CMX certifications preferred).
