Job Summary

Senior Investment Operations Associate will oversee the investment lifecycle across asset classes, ensuring accuracy, control, and operational efficiency. You’ll support the Investment Operations Manager in managing complex workflows, resolving issues, and driving process improvements and data quality across systems. Core duties include trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and oversee core operational activities across the investment lifecycle, including trade capture, validation, booking, confirmation, and settlement processing; cash and position reconciliations; corporate actions; investment data management and reporting
•Ensure timely and accurate execution aligned with market deadlines and settlement cycles (T+0, T+1, T+2) across asset classes including equities, fixed income, ETFs, derivatives, private markets, loans, and liquidity instruments
•Perform and review cash and position reconciliations across custodians and internal systems; investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and settlement failures; escalate complex issues as needed
•Maintain adherence to internal policies, SOPs and control frameworks; support mitigation of operational risks; maintain audit-ready documentation; assist in KYC/CDD onboarding processes
•Support data integrity, process improvements, and system enhancements; collaborate with IT and vendors to improve functionality; drive automation and data quality across platforms
•Coordinate with internal teams (Investment, Finance, Risk, IT) and external providers (custodians, brokers, administrators) to ensure timely issue resolution and governance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
•4–7 years of experience in investment operations or financial services
•Strong experience across trade lifecycle and reconciliations
•Exposure to multi-asset operations preferred
•Professional certifications (CFA, CISI, FRM, CPA) preferred
