Perform cosmetic reconditioning for used vehicles by completing inspections, final quality checks, and advanced repairs such as paint touch-ups, wet sanding, and buffing. Identify defects, determine appropriate repair methods, and support auction preparation and vehicle movement on and off the lot. Maintain pace, follow CarMax Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) requirements, and deliver customer-focused service while keeping the work area clean.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute standardized cosmetic reconditioning processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
•Perform advanced cosmetic repairs including paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing.
•Complete cosmetic and final quality inspections to ensure customer-ready standards.
•Identify vehicle defects and determine best repair methods for optimal results.
•Support auction preparation and assist with vehicle movement on and off the lot while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.22 - 23.04 hourly

•Completion of CarMax training programs, including online and hands-on modules.
•Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately for inventory and quality control.

•Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
