Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple retail construction projects from design development through construction and handover, coordinating with internal program leadership and client stakeholders.
  • •Manage and coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and vendor partners to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • •Review design packages for constructability, identify risks to cost, schedule, and quality, and provide clear recommendations.
  • •Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and reporting across the program.
  • •Lead site-based activities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for retail or commercial interiors projects.
  • •Proven experience delivering projects from preconstruction/design through to completion.
  • •Experience working across multiple projects or within a program environment is highly desirable.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a client-facing role.
