Job Summary

Build and operate DevOps/SRE systems for SaaS products in production, owning reliability outcomes end to end. Lead incident response, rollbacks, and postmortems, while driving long-term reliability improvements. Design CI/CD and automated testing strategies for distributed cloud-native services, including infrastructure-as-code and container/Kubernetes operations. Support multiple active product versions, troubleshoot across services and pipelines, and operate effectively in fast-moving environments with real customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Own DevOps/SRE operational outcomes for SaaS products in production.
•Handle production incidents, perform rollbacks, and run postmortems to improve reliability.
•Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation/integration tests for distributed cloud-native systems.
•Operate containers and Kubernetes, using infrastructure-as-code to manage infrastructure.
•Support and manage multiple active product versions, debugging across services, infrastructure, and pipelines.

Salary: INR 3,525,000 - 5,875,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years building and operating SaaS products in production environments.
•Hands-on SRE, DevOps, and cloud engineering experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Experience managing production incidents, rollbacks, postmortems, and reliability improvements.
•Strong CI/CD experience and automated testing frameworks with a bias toward test automation.
•Practical containers, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code experience.
