Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Fab10 for the assigned category and collaborate with the Frontend Operations network.
  • •Prioritize and establish business value of projects, and facilitate initiation, planning, execution, and closure in a timely manner.
  • •Assist with program/project management to manage scope, schedule, and cost, including coordinating program changes.
  • •Lead program & project performance to planned schedule, cost, and scope, including planning timelines and recording achievements.
  • •Identify project risks and evaluate solutions; provide periodic performance updates and communicate with key partners for feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance disciplines.
  • •Preferred experience in Frontend or Backend Operations, Business Analyst, Management, Finance, or Program and Project Management.
  • •Strong business acumen and the ability to partner successfully with other groups to build peer relationships.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • •Specific expertise in areas such as Fab, Facilities, Procurement, or Finance, plus strong analytical and risk/reward thinking.
