Lead financial program control for the Loitering Munitions and Launched Effect portfolio and Strategic Capture Directorate, partnering with program directors and cross-functional teams. Own financial oversight across production, development, and capture contracts, ensuring compliance with Estimates at Complete (EACs) and supporting FP&A commitments through monthly forecasts, Long Range Plan, and Annual Operating Plan. Manage a team of 6+ finance professionals while guiding new business investment.
