Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain MIS systems, including designing, implementing, and managing information systems that collect, store, and analyze data.
  • •Drive data and reporting migration to modern tools to reduce manual effort, while analyzing processes to identify automation opportunities that reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • •Partner with business, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical designs, including project governance (planning, reporting, resourcing).
  • •Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, delivering actionable business insights.
  • •Serve as a change advocate and Power Platform SME (Power Apps/Power Automate), supporting adoption, mentoring, and system changes/strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of related experience in BFSI/IT Services (Banking Client).
  • •Proven experience implementing projects on Power BI.
  • •Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Query/Dataverse, plus workflow orchestration and SQL/back-end data sources.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project implementation and the full project life cycle.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise governance, security, and solution lifecycle management.
