Job Summary

Drive profitable growth for assigned key accounts in the health and beauty vertical by ensuring accurate sales governance, performance reporting and promotional tracking. Manage vendor reporting, promotions activation, store communications, and cross‑functional follow‑ups with Commercial, Finance and Stores to optimize pricing, promos and execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare weekly and monthly sales trackers for assigned vendors (sales vs target, growth vs LY, top SKUs, basic variance notes).
•Update standard templates/dashboards and ensure numbers are consistent with shared source files.
•Maintain historical performance files and ensure clean naming/version control.
•Maintain a promo and tie‑up tracker: vendor, mechanics, dates, participating stores, and status.
•Support activation rollout by coordinating with stores/retail ops for confirmations (participation, dates, basic execution checks).

Key Requirements

•Strong experience with sales reporting, data accuracy, and weekly/monthly trackers
•Proficient in Excel and tracker management for dashboards and reporting
•Experience coordinating promotions, activation campaigns, and store participation
•Ability to maintain and circulate vendor/tie‑up trackers and ensure timely updates
•Excellent documentation, governance, and cross‑functional follow‑up skills
