Job Summary

Own and continuously improve end-to-end HR process documentation to support global HR transformation. Collaborate with Global Process Owners, HR Centers of Excellence, and regional teams to standardize processes, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement. Partner with Digital HR and Technology to implement process and system enhancements (including ServiceNow), define KPIs/SLAs, analyze performance trends, and support change adoption through clear documentation, visuals, and training.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end HR process documentation with global and regional stakeholders.
•Ensure HR process materials are accurate and up to date, reflecting improvements, stakeholder input, and governance requirements.
•Support governance frameworks for consistency and alignment across regions and business units.
•Own HR process standards, manage escalations as needed, and drive opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes.
•Partner with Digital HR and Technology teams to implement process improvements and system-related enhancements; define KPIs/SLAs and report on performance and outcomes.

•Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve business processes.
•Experience working within HR operations, shared services, or a global business environment.
