Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation strategy for AI/ML server platforms.
  • •Define and execute validation plans for customer deployment scenarios across scale-up and scale-out environments.
  • •Develop validation methodologies and test strategies across CPU, GPU, memory, BIOS, BMC, networking, storage, platform firmware, operating systems, and infrastructure components.
  • •Investigate complex system integration issues and drive root cause analysis across hardware, firmware, software, and networking.
  • •Build scalable validation frameworks with automation, telemetry-driven workflows, and data-driven methodologies; report readiness/metrics and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in validation roles debugging OS, firmware, silicon, and hardware issues.
  • •Strong knowledge of system architecture, technical debug, and validation strategy.
  • •Experience with platform/system-level debug including Operating System, device drivers, and system BIOS interactions.
  • •Understanding of industry standard buses and software stacks, such as PCIe and CXL.
  • •Excellent communication and coordination skills to mentor engineers and manage multiple validation work streams.
