Assistant Bank Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of a full-service retail branch and support the Branch Manager in leading and developing staff. Ensure high-quality customer service, handle escalated client issues, and provide backup for teller operations. Train clients and staff on deposit products, support sales and growth initiatives, and assist with account migrations and complex transactions. When the Bank Manager is absent, take full responsibility for continuous branch operations.
