Job Summary

Lead a team of technicians in an autonomous vehicle fleet service shop, driving daily operational excellence on the depot floor. Plan and organize service workflow, manage inventory and records, and continuously improve shop standards with input from your team. Partner with the Service Manager to meet targets for quality, speed, and cost while ensuring strict safety compliance. Support technician growth through coaching and one-on-ones.
