Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the ERP transition for the supply chain function and support the site ERP integration with IT and project participants.
  • •Lead supply chain and material management during plant expansion, including warehouse layout and design.
  • •Manage materials flow and inventory transactions using lean material flow to support plant operations.
  • •Build and mature planning, purchasing, and process discipline for the material operations, warehouse, and logistics teams.
  • •Identify and lead supplier resiliency projects, manage indirect and MRO purchasing administration, and escalate material availability to COE and network teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management developing and controlling production schedules and inventory levels.
  • •Minimum 2 years of direct leadership experience.
  • •Proven experience with ERP and procurement processes (SAP preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Proven experience managing purchasing/procurement and materials planning for plant operations.
