•Own the Cluster’s P&L: manage the region's P&L, deliver annual sales targets, and build business cases to drive growth
•Lead the forecast cycle and ensure key assumptions are included in planning while challenging change drivers
•Assess opportunities for additional trade investments to maximize ROI and help create the joint Promotion Plan with clear control over Trade Investments
•Provide insights into Revenue Growth Management (PPA: Price, Pack, Architecture) to achieve profitable growth across volume, revenue, bottom-line and market share
•Be a proactive business partner with distributors, understanding market trends and negotiating value-generative ideas

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in Finance/Category or similar background
•Excellent leadership skills and a self-starter mindset
•Strong financial competence including owning a P&L and understanding profit and revenue drivers
•Strong interpersonal skills with experience building distributor and customer relationships
•Growth mindset with the ability to deliver solutions in an agile environment
