Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and outreach to local trade communities.
  • •Educate business owners on Moniepoint’s product suite and recommend solutions aligned to their operational and growth goals.
  • •Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.
  • •Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and adherence to operational SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Build and nurture long-term merchant relationships, act as the primary point of contact for queries, and maintain pipeline and field performance reports using CRM tools.
