Sr. Instructional Designer

Design, develop, and update GIS-focused training courses for Esri customers. Analyze learner needs to define measurable objectives, partner with subject matter experts to build instructor-led and web-based learning, and apply adult learning and instructional design best practices. Create and refine assessments, provide actionable feedback, and continuously improve curriculum quality and consistency. Collaborate on content workflows and support broader customer education initiatives.
