Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for a portfolio of strategic apps, making and communicating trade-offs.
  • •Identify, prioritize, and validate high-value user problems and integration opportunities using research and quantitative evidence.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Finance, Sales, User Support, Marketing, and Partner Management to deliver integrations end to end.
  • •Partner with Engineering to define product requirements, technical approach, and quality standards for integrations, including APIs, documentation, edge cases, reliability, security, compliance, and maintenance.
  • •Drive launches, beta programs, user acceptance testing, and go-to-market readiness, using measurement plans and product/business/user metrics to continuously improve adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product-management, engineering, or equivalent experience, including ownership of a high-quality product or feature area at scale.
  • •Experience setting product strategy and driving execution across multiple cross-functional teams from ambiguous problem definition through launch and iteration.
  • •Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and make prioritization decisions.
  • •Strong technical judgment and fluency working with engineers on API-based products, integrations, technical constraints, product quality, and reliability.
  • •Ability to engage directly with enterprise users and external technology partners, translating needs into clear product decisions.
