Senior Staff Lab Manager (R5090)

Lead the vision, architecture, and roadmap for engineering laboratory infrastructure, from designing and commissioning new lab spaces to modernizing existing capabilities. Own day-to-day lab operations across multiple engineering disciplines, including uptime, scheduling, maintenance, calibration, and performance metrics. Support hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop integration environments, define standards for networking, compute, storage, and instrumentation, and manage a multidisciplinary team of lab engineers and technicians.
