Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage a team of Commercial Banking Analysts supporting Middle Market Banking teams with prospecting, deal execution, and client servicing.
  • •Lead deal-team coordination by preparing internal screening packages, term sheets, and pitch decks for clients and prospects.
  • •Manage live deal execution with Middle Market Bankers, internal/external partners, and Corporate Finance/Industry Consulting analysts.
  • •Advance deal-structuring idea generation and assist with financial analysis including modeling and debt capacity analysis.
  • •Support the Analyst Manager with analyst training oversight, recruiting, onboarding, resource allocation, performance reviews, and regular 1x1s.
