Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, implement, and continuously improve Internal Audit methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools across Allianz Services.
  • •Own and maintain the Audit Universe for risk assessment, audit planning, and annual planning activities.
  • •Serve as the center of competence for audit tools, analytics, and operational reporting to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • •Develop data analytics and AI-enabled audit capabilities and roll out AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies.
  • •Define and monitor audit KPIs, support audit teams with dashboards and advanced analytics, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of Internal Audit standards, methodology, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
  • •3-5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, controls, audit methodology, audit transformation, or functional enablement.
  • •Solid knowledge of data analytics, including extraction, analysis, visualization, data quality assessment, and reporting.
  • •Familiarity with AI technologies and their practical application in audit, risk management, governance, or business processes.
  • •Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python; CPA/CIA/CISA is advantageous.
