Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage operational performance for selected suppliers in partnership with Procurement, Industrial, Engineering, Services, and Quality teams.
  • •Initiate supplier quality and on-time delivery improvement plans during execution.
  • •Define, control, and report SKPI objectives (e.g., punctuality/quality), including monthly reporting and participation in performance committees.
  • •Deploy corrective and preventive action plans to address process/product/component alerts and improve the Thales–supplier interface.
  • •Use continuous improvement techniques (lean, Six Sigma/DMAIC, PFMEA) to identify potential failures, prioritize actions, and mitigate risk.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of industry experience in supply chain.
  • •Demonstrated history leading performance improvement projects, preferably in Defence, Aerospace, or Security.
  • •Knowledge of Quality Management principles and systems.
  • •Supply chain engineering experience in low to medium volume or light mechanical/electro-mechanical production environments.
  • •Awareness and practical use of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing; experience with operational management, manufacturing, and ERP systems (routings, BOMs, etc.).
