Vice President, Investor Relations

Lead and scale the investor relations function as the primary liaison to investors, analysts, and external stakeholders. Own the investor narrative and investor marketing strategy, including earnings preparation and quarterly earnings calls. Partner with the CFO and Finance to translate financial results and SaaS metrics into clear communications, manage regulatory disclosures, monitor investor sentiment, and support fundraising, public company readiness, and M&A communications.
