Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Investor Relations function, establishing strategy, processes, and best practices.

  • •Lead quarterly earnings preparation and calls, including financial scriptwriting, Q&A prep, and analyst engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic communications, ideally in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

  • •Experience engaging with public investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
  • •Proven ability to craft investor narratives and deliver executive-level presentations.
