  • •Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes (as applicable), with a focus on safety, cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure customers receive high-quality deliveries by executing orders accurately and communicating when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through the shift, ensuring safe and productive work and acting as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexible availability across multiple shifts.
