Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee all facilities management activities across site buildings, infrastructure and services.
•Manage maintenance and repair of site fabric, including buildings, roofs, floors, access routes and external areas.
•Oversee building services such as HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and utilities infrastructure.
•Manage site amenities including cleaning, welfare facilities, canteen, changing rooms and office environments.
•Ensure effective upkeep of external infrastructure including roads, drainage, fencing, landscaping and lighting.
