Key Responsibilities

  • •Join Loula’s network of independent birth doula providers.
  • •Provide birth doula care to referred insured clients.
  • •Maintain an independent, non-exclusive practice alongside work with Loula.
  • •Complete Loula’s interest form and screening process to progress through onboarding.
  • •Fulfill Loula’s minimum qualification requirements (including CPR/HIPAA and insurance) to support partnership readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training AND attended 3 births as a doula, OR 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
