Job Summary

Lead digital transformation for the Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS SSBU) in Tucson by owning the DT roadmap and execution across program start-up through sustainment. Serve as the DT touchpoint and escalation point for SBU leadership and program teams, coordinating cross-functional partners to solve DT challenges. Manage KPIs, EVMS, staffing, financials, and compliance while directing DT personnel and third parties to advance Agile initiatives and improve program scope, cost, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the DT touchpoint and escalation point for SBU leadership, Program Management, and SSBU directors for digital transformation initiatives.
•Develop and execute a strategic DT roadmap focused on streamlining scope, cost, and schedule performance.
•Lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to resolve complex DT program challenges.
•Manage KPIs, financials, EVMS, and staffing with regular status reporting and operations reviews.
•Oversee the Program Annual Operating Plan (AOP), track capital/expense spending, and ensure compliance with DFARS, CMMC, RMF, and JSIG.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Math, STEM, and 8 years of overall IT experience, or a master’s degree and 5 years direct experience.
•Maintain an active U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance prior to start and on day 1.
•U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for the security clearance.
•Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner, or a Project Manager leading cross-functional teams.
•Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and root cause analysis to solve complex DT program challenges.
