Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect LLM-driven capabilities and HRTech innovations to build enterprise systems that optimize HR processes and elevate the global associate experience.
  • •Design, build, and deploy autonomous agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows to automate complex HR capabilities.
  • •Partner with security, governance, and risk teams to implement AI-enabled capabilities and agentic workflows securely, compliantly, and with strong management controls.
  • •Lead a portfolio of technology projects and provide technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence for AI-enabled full stack applications.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, AI agent execution environments, and reusable frameworks; drive refactoring, reduce technical debt, and improve performance.

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or related virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience building and deploying systems using open source frameworks and emerging technologies.
  • •Experience creating and implementing APIs and cloud-based solutions.
