Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive program performance to meet and/or exceed client satisfaction and internal KPIs.
  • •Oversee and actively share people management responsibilities for approximately 60 department staff, including succession planning and mentoring.
  • •Collaborate with client account, practice, and business line leadership to grow profitable backlog and ensure financial success.
  • •Lead capture strategies and develop budgets for business development portfolio management and project oversight.
  • •Serve as a point of escalation for project issues, ensuring governance, risk management, compliance, and alignment with AECOM PDS/QMS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Must be able to work collaboratively and be a team player, influencing others toward a common vision.
  • •Flexible and adaptable; able to operate in ambiguous situations.
  • •Valid U.S. Driver’s License and, as a condition of employment, pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review.
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required.
