Job Summary

Lead and coordinate Special Test Equipment (STE) project efforts for the BT&E team, supporting multiple commercial and government programs. Drive schedule development and reporting, manage risks/issues/opportunities, and establish project baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and KPIs. Standardize test methods and processes, oversee integration of test hardware and systems, and facilitate lessons-learned to deliver improvements and measurable benefits.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate STE development across BT&E and collaborate with other Space Mission Systems stakeholders to deliver mission-critical test support.
•Develop and manage schedules using metrics, and handle Risks, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO).
•Establish and maintain project baselines for scope, schedule, cost, and KPIs, manage controlled changes, and perform variance analysis with leadership reporting.
•Lead others in developing standard test methods and processes using advanced test technologies, including integration of test hardware/system designs.
•Lead change initiatives and facilitate lessons-learned sessions, producing actionable reports and tracking implementation of improvements.

Key Requirements

•Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship (interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret clearance post-start required).
•Ability to obtain program access requiring U.S. Citizenship.
•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications related to the work statement.
•3+ years of experience in Program Management including cost, schedule, and technical environment.
•Experience with data analytics platforms and reporting tools, including SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel (or equivalent).
