Job Summary

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, plus downstream applications. Build complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and web services, while creating and optimizing Workday reports and calculated fields. Troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis, support end-to-end testing/UAT and deployments, and ensure integration security, compliance, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations for HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and downstream applications.
•Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and web services.
•Develop and optimize Workday custom reports, advanced/matrix reports, and calculated fields to meet business requirements.
•Analyze existing eTime integrations and recommend modernization or retirement strategies.
•Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and support end-to-end testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Workday Integration experience within 8–10 years of IT experience.
•Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Workday Reporting (advanced/matrix/composite), calculated fields, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services.
•Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, and third-party applications.
•Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes and security concepts.
•Ability to troubleshoot Workday integrations and perform performance tuning while working with business stakeholders.
