Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the creative partnership with Data 360 Product Marketing to translate product, audience, and business priorities into creative strategies and executions.
  • •Drive digital creative excellence across web, UI/UX, AI workflows, and emerging platforms for scalable web and interactive experiences.
  • •Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of copywriters and designers, providing direction, mentorship, feedback, prioritization, and support.
  • •Oversee creative development across the Data 360 portfolio, including demand generation campaigns, event activations/experiences, product storytelling, and digital/social content.
  • •Consult and direct internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring cohesive brand stewardship and creative quality throughout execution.

Key Requirements

  • •BA or BFA in Art, Design, Copywriting, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or a related creative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •12+ years of experience in creative direction/art direction/design/copywriting/integrated creative development, preferably with B2B and technology brand experience.
  • •8+ years of experience leading and managing creative teams, developing multidisciplinary talent (designers, copywriters, art directors).
  • •Proven experience partnering with Product Marketing and translating complex business and product strategies into compelling creative work.
  • •World-class portfolio demonstrating integrated creative execution across multiple channels and formats, including product-focused integrated marketing creative and demand generation.
