Production Planning Leader

Lead and control the short-term manufacturing schedule aligned to customer orders, business strategy, and production needs. Build QTR detailed schedules, run daily production control meetings, track on-time performance, and drive root-cause corrective actions with shop operations leaders. Coordinate across departments to resolve bottlenecks, maintenance, manpower, tools, and capacity issues, and produce utilization/float data to support forecasting and risk analysis while supporting EHS and quality initiatives.
