Collections Analyst I

Own collections performance by prioritizing work to meet collection metrics and driving receivable delinquency improvement that lowers DSO. Use collections software tools to manage customer inquiries, billing and payment application issues, disputes, documentation problems, and program changes. Handle incoming phone support from sales offices and customers while maintaining strong communication with managers and teammates to achieve business unit goals.
