Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver fast and professional after-sales service to customers, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades.
  • •Perform timely and effective repair actions and maintain good customer communication to support customer satisfaction.
  • •Collaborate closely with sales and after-sales business teams to promote imaging pre-sales and after-sales development.
  • •Meet KPI performance requirements and complete required assessments.
  • •Handle repair, maintenance, and upgrades for assigned Philips imaging product regions, and provide accurate work orders and reports; attend required training and learn new skills.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of medical products.
  • •Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge with others.
  • •Self-motivation and self-management skills.
  • •Ability to accept business travel.
