Job Summary

Provide professional after-sales service for Philips imaging products, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades. Execute effective repair actions and communicate with customers to maintain satisfaction. Partner closely with sales and after-sales teams to support imaging pre-sales and after-sales growth. Complete KPI targets, manage repair/maintenance/upgrade activities for assigned product areas, and accurately submit work orders and reports while continuously learning through required training.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver fast and professional after-sales service to customers, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and on-site upgrades.
•Perform timely and effective repair actions and maintain good customer communication to support customer satisfaction.
•Collaborate closely with sales and after-sales business teams to promote imaging pre-sales and after-sales development.
•Meet KPI performance requirements and complete required assessments.
•Handle repair, maintenance, and upgrades for assigned Philips imaging product regions, and provide accurate work orders and reports; attend required training and learn new skills.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
•Strong technical knowledge of medical products.
•Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge with others.
•Self-motivation and self-management skills.
•Ability to accept business travel.
