Financial Care Officer

Develop and grow employer relationships to expand a workplace banking and financial education program across an assigned region. Prospect, build and maintain a pipeline of employer opportunities and decision-maker relationships, delivering seminars, workshops, coaching, and engagement events. Lead conversations to secure commitments for new partnerships, drive participation and household growth, and partner with branch and retail leaders. Maintain pipeline plans and results tracking in approved systems while coaching colleagues.
