Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support BIM implementation on major projects, programmes, and across portfolios, including co-managing the BIM team and taking on line management duties.
  • •Author BIM documentation such as Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans where applicable.
  • •Assess project teams’ BIM competency, advise development of BIM Execution Plans, and approve items on behalf of the Client when necessary.
  • •Assure BIM standards are followed by project stakeholders by reporting key risks and mitigations; lead model assurance activities and run model analysis and reporting.
  • •Chair BIM workgroups and technical BIM sessions, research and implement new technology/process/best practices, and support tender bidding to win future work.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in a BIM environment and experience delivering BIM on major projects, programmes, or across large portfolios.
  • •Familiarity with ISO 19650 and relevant local standards/guidelines.
  • •Proficiency in at least one model checking/model authoring software: Solibri Model Checker, Autodesk Navisworks, Graphisoft ArchiCAD, Bentley AECOsim, Nemetschek Vectorworks, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud/360.
  • •Strong communications and analytical skills, with the ability to write clear, concise requirements and documentation.
  • •Client-facing experience and knowledge of design, BIM, and procurement for planning and construction management.
