Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the team day to day and coordinate all project activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with client objectives and CBRE Project Management objectives.
  • •Propose project development strategy to the client and the Project Director, including defining required specific procedures.
  • •Serve as the main client contact with constant communication; establish communication lines with client and contractors.
  • •Own cost plan evolution and project planning tracking, define meeting strategy, manage risk register, and issue monthly project status reports.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in project delivery (real estate/tertiary, especially hotels and construction).
  • •Degree in Arquitecto / Ingeniero / Arquitecto Técnico / Ingeniero de Edificación.
  • •Advanced Excel and office tools (Ofimática), plus Autocad and Presto for project/document control.
  • •Fluency in Castellano and Inglés.
  • •Availability for punctual travel and ability to work on-site and/or in the office (A pie de Obra y/o Oficina).
