Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate positions every 12-18 months across Boeing sites.
  • •Develop and execute projects, process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals.
  • •Acquire resources for projects/processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
  • •Manage, develop, and motivate the teams you are leading and provide oversight/approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of, the Leaders for Global Operations Graduate Degree Program at MIT.
  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
  • •Satisfy the Company Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
  • •Able to participate in a full-time company sponsored leadership development program with rotations every 12-18 months.
