Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with customers, leadership, and your development team to identify requirements and translate them into functional user stories for consideration
  • •Create and maintain performance dashboards to evaluate service usage to inform product objectives and development priorities
  • •Maintain a Product Backlog of user stories and defects, work with your team to refine and plan these items for development
  • •Organize and communicate development and release plans to stakeholders
  • •Collaborate with product engineering writers and product management to publish best practices through tutorials, blog articles, and conference presentations

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
  • •Experience with ArcGIS applications or GIS technology
  • •Experience with ArcGIS technologies (e.g., ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript, ArcGIS API for Python, or REST APIs)
  • •Experience with web services and APIs (RESTful services, service contracts, versioning)
