Job Summary

Support the Toyota Amphitheater’s sustainability program as a Venue Sustainability Crew member, helping drive resource recovery and circularity. Assist with on-boarding and training, lead mid- and post-show waste sorting (recycling, composting, donations, and landfill), and educate venue crew members and fans. Work show and non-show days across weekdays and weekends while maintaining a clean sorting area and assisting with post-event pick-ups under the Venue Sustainability Manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
•Assist in the mid- and post-show waste sorting process for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Be available to work show days and non-show days across weekdays and weekends to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to venue crew members and fans.
•Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick-up; help with other tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•Participate in crew on-boarding and training for venue sustainability procedures.
•Assist with mid- and post-show sorting of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Be available for show days and non-show days on weekdays and weekends as needed.
•Ability to work outside in variable weather and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting 50+ lbs.
•Must be able to work well with other departments and maintain a positive attitude.
