Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew on-boarding and training.
  • •Assist in the mid- and post-show waste sorting process for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Be available to work show days and non-show days across weekdays and weekends to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
  • •Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational support to venue crew members and fans.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show pick-up; help with other tasks as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Participate in crew on-boarding and training for venue sustainability procedures.
  • •Assist with mid- and post-show sorting of recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Be available for show days and non-show days on weekdays and weekends as needed.
  • •Ability to work outside in variable weather and handle physically demanding tasks including lifting 50+ lbs.
  • •Must be able to work well with other departments and maintain a positive attitude.
