Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure efficient front-of-house store operations in line with company guidelines and standards, deputising for the Store Manager when needed.
  • •Lead and support the team through direction, feedback, training, and onboarding for new and temporary staff.
  • •Develop client relations by maintaining accurate client information, following up on duplicates, and supporting exceptional service.
  • •Drive sales development by achieving targets, using sales tools (HPad, Click in store, My Folio, reservations/orders/pre-selling), and building action plans from reporting.
  • •Manage store operations including keyholding, financial compliance (banking/cashing up and till reconciliation), security activities, and supporting stocktakes/cycle counts.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven management experience.
  • •Ability to act as second in command in a fast-paced store environment.
  • •Strong CRM focus and a client-service mindset.
  • •Excellent communication and management skills.
  • •Good IT skills, including experience with sales systems and Microsoft Office/Windows.
