Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee operations teams across user account management, tier-2 remote support, COE remote support, TPAM (elevated access/MFA) support, and problem management.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-visibility, customer-impacting issues across the Operations Framework.
  • •Review and approve ServiceNow requests for Operations employees to ensure compliance with process, policy, and security requirements.
  • •Monitor SLAs, analyze performance and staffing vs. operational demand, and adjust workflows/priorities to meet targets.
  • •Partner with PMO and collaborate with Digital Services/DevOps to diagnose systemic issues, support deployments/changes, and identify automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • •5+ years of related experience in IT/operations leadership.
  • •Proven experience leading multiple IT/operations teams (account management, remote support, problem management, elevated access/MFA support).
  • •Strong enterprise infrastructure and remote operations background (networks, servers, cloud, endpoint management, remote support tools).
  • •DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; US citizenship required.
