•Own and drive an 18-24 month technical roadmap for generative AI initiatives and align them with business objectives
•Develop and deploy generative AI models and LLMs for multimodal document processing and data extraction
•Provide technical leadership to the Generative AI team, defining best practices and standards
•Influence roadmaps, priorities, and resourcing across engineering, product, and business teams
•Serve as the technical architect for the Siemens DFM AI + IQE integration, enabling real-time manufacturability feedback

Salary: USD 200,000 - 230,000 annually

•Typically 10+ years of experience in applied ML and data science; a PhD with 6+ years is acceptable; a bachelor’s degree is required

•Proven ability to drive 18-24 month technical initiatives and lead cross-functional teams
•Familiarity with cloud platforms for model training and deployment (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
