Job Summary

Manage daily client cash flow processing, including payment execution under controls, settlement confirmation, and posting of cash transactions. Coordinate vendor workflows for independent verification and setup on payment platforms, resolve cash breaks, and process client FX transactions. Communicate discrepancies to internal partners, escalate issues, and support signoff on daily requirements. Contribute to scalable cash-processing workflows, AP/P2P improvement projects, and partner with IT to test and implement cash offering enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily processing of client cash flow requests, including checks, controlled payment execution, settlement confirmation, and posting cash transactions.
•Coordinate vendor workflows for independent verification and vendor setup on payment platforms, including required callbacks.
•Resolve client cash breaks and payment-related issues, and communicate discrepancies to internal partners while assisting resolution.
•Manage daily processing of client FX transactions and support escalation and signoff on daily process requirements.
•Develop scalable cash-processing workflows and procedures; support AP/P2P streamlining projects and work with IT on cash offering testing and enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Proven work experience, preferably in operations, with knowledge of cash payments processing.
•Experience in project management and client interaction, including familiarity with cash payments and SWIFT.
•Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures, with familiarity with financial markets and instruments.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills and effective stakeholder/client communication.
•Advanced Microsoft skills, specifically Outlook and Excel (including pivot and V-lookup).
