Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their system for home security.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Progress through coaching and leadership training to move up within the national organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet.
  • •Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods, including working in confined spaces like attics.
