Job Summary

Lead engineering programs that drive product and service development, coordinating teams of individual contributors across multiple projects, technology nodes, and sites. Act as a subject matter expert to improve processes, policies, and cross-org execution while managing headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs. Partner with tech leads, partners, clients, and executive leadership to set technology and product goals, manage outsourced suppliers, resolve issues, and provide people-care through hiring and career development.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct leadership for a team of individual contributors coordinating, managing, and leading engineering programs for product and service offerings.
•Act as a subject matter expert to identify process improvement and policy development opportunities and recommend changes aligned with business strategy.
•Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs across multiple projects to meet goals, timelines, and budgets.
•Establish technology and product goals in collaboration with tech leads, partners, clients, and executive leadership.
•Manage program status, escalate issues, coordinate with outsourced partners and suppliers, and lead engineering projects and R&D when needed.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of job-related experience, or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation.
•Experience coordinating engineering project planning and using project planning tools and software packages.
•Demonstrated people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance planning, and career development.
•Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices used for project scheduling, risk management, and execution.
