Job Summary

Lead finance-led project initiatives within Agoda’s New Business Initiatives team, driving strategy execution with a finance lens. You’ll coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, Product, Legal, Business, Marketing, and Customer Services to integrate and automate financial processes. Investigate impacts to finance functions and systems, manage milestones and risks, represent finance in forums, and support UAT and smooth go-lives for new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Project manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives with a finance lens.
•Analyze and investigate implications of new initiatives across finance functions and related systems.
•Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes/workflows, and make trade-off decisions amid shifting priorities.
•Manage project milestones by coordinating workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans.
•Assist with UAT testing and ensure projects go live smoothly, resolving post-launch issues promptly.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of finance project management experience, ideally with exposure across P2P, O2C, R2R, or Treasury.
•Minimum total 8 years of finance/accounting related experience.
•Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (or other degree plus professional accounting qualifications).
•Extensive stakeholder management experience with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
•Demonstrated process integration and transformation experience in a fast-paced environment; strong communication, organization, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
