Key Responsibilities

  • •Project manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives with a finance lens.
  • •Analyze and investigate implications of new initiatives across finance functions and related systems.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes/workflows, and make trade-off decisions amid shifting priorities.
  • •Manage project milestones by coordinating workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans.
  • •Assist with UAT testing and ensure projects go live smoothly, resolving post-launch issues promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of finance project management experience, ideally with exposure across P2P, O2C, R2R, or Treasury.
  • •Minimum total 8 years of finance/accounting related experience.
  • •Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (or other degree plus professional accounting qualifications).
  • •Extensive stakeholder management experience with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
  • •Demonstrated process integration and transformation experience in a fast-paced environment; strong communication, organization, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
