Key Responsibilities

•Research and identify new creator communities focused on AI and generative tools, and develop strategies to grow them and drive adoption of CapCut’s AI and editing tools.
•Develop and execute creator operation strategies to improve creator activity, retention, and satisfaction while supporting long-term growth.
•Build structured systems for recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators and agencies.
•Monitor and analyze creator-related metrics, identify issues through data, and drive solutions with relevant stakeholders.
•Collaborate with content and commercial teams to define content strategies by vertical and support creator/agency monetization initiatives, while leading product feedback loops through user research and feature iteration.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in creator operations, talent management, or agency management within short-video, livestreaming platforms, or AI products.
•Basic skills in video and image editing, with strong interest in AI technologies.
•Strong understanding of the digital content ecosystem, including short-form video and editing tools, plus leading AI tools.
•Experience with creator recruitment, agency management, and creator monetization strategies.
•Fluent English with excellent communication skills, able to work cross-culturally and across time zones.
