Job Summary

Drive consultative, post-sale client solutions for brands on TikTok, translating marketing objectives into measurable business outcomes. Manage and grow relationships with brands and their agency teams, sense-check media plans, monitor performance, and recommend optimizations. Build test-and-learn plans using TikTok measurement solutions, support adoption of Pixels, MMPs, and TikTok Shop, and deliver reporting, account audits, and actionable next steps.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders by linking product adoption, strategy, and optimizations to clients’ business goals.
•Stay current on product developments, market landscape, vertical movements, and competitor activity to recommend next steps.
•Build test-and-learn plans and support measurement across full-funnel solutions using TikTok measurement offerings.
•Manage and grow post-sale relationships with brands and agencies, steering account growth and success.
•Monitor campaign setup and performance, provide optimization suggestions, and deliver post-campaign reporting and account audits with actionable next steps.

Key Requirements

•Experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing with knowledge of digital media platforms and advertising KPIs.
•Strong understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape, with cross-vertical knowledge (specialized vertical knowledge is a plus).
•Experience in an in-house marketing function, advertising agency, or platform client solutions experience is preferred.
•Solid understanding of media metrics, their implications, and corresponding studies.
•Proficiency in Excel and dashboarding, with a detail-oriented, analytical approach and creative problem-solving.
